As I’ve tried many diets I don’t eat anything until after 11am and it’s fruit. Maybe followed by a carb before working out. Diner is pure protein 3 hours before bed. I use creatine and BCAA.
Does freezing it change the texture?
Pretty sure anything with chia is supposed to soak overnight......
I have chronic gastritis and alkaline water does help me. Everyone is different. Thats like me saying Pepcid ac is a waste of money just because I have no use for it. I feel like this is kind of a rude video.

My grandpa just passed. We are so lucky that while in the home he didn’t forget us. I lived with him before he went into a home and he forgot me a lot and my aunties and dad. He was mandated to go into a home. Truly in parksville bc Canada the home was AMAZING. of course he had 5 visitors a week and so many activities in the home.
